Global Marketing Manager, Tennis & Baseball

The Global Marketing Manager, will serve in a pivotal role leading the creative vision, demand creation tactics and execution for the Tennis and Baseball categories at New Balance. The Marketing Manager will work cross-functionally to create industry-leading consumer journeys that increase brand presence, leverage key sports & cultural moments, and drive brand heat. Globally, this role will align with priority regions to help amplify our tennis and baseball presence and increase the value of earned, paid and social media.


  • Lead the long-term, global creative vision & execution for New Balance’s Tennis and Baseball categories.
  • Develop global content, aligned to consumer journey needs, that drives demand for Tennis and Baseball products, and a strong association of New Balance with Tennis and Baseball.
  • Lead the development and execution of New Balance Tennis and Baseball Social Media Strategies.
  • Partner with Global Product, Global & Regional Merchandising, and Regional Marketing leads on category growth goals and product positioning.  
  • Manage marketing budget and launch calendars across all global programs.

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive experience working within Marketing and related functions.
  • MBA preferred, not required.
  • Strong understanding of digital-first demand generation and a proven track record of driving results in competitive domestic and international markets.
  • Proven leadership skills, including the ability to manage multiple functions against common goals.
  • Athletic or related industry experience a plus, but not required.
  • Strong execution skills; consistently produce results and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal/written presentation skills.
