Our longstanding client is a small, boutique, direct marketing agency and they’re looking for top talent for an extremely important position in their organization. We need an experienced Senior Client Executive to join their Account Team. This role is responsible for owning, managing, and growing client business with the support of an experienced, full-service agency team behind them. Candidates must be comfortable in the driver’s seat and enjoy leading teams and making smart, critical decisions that support the short and long-term needs of their clients. The desire to continue growing your career will be a key contributor to the success of this position.

‒ Strong email and digital experience required, agency experience a plus
‒ Proven track record of building and growing meaningful client relationships
‒ Experience in retention program management and/or loyalty program management required
‒ Deep knowledge of email and digital program strategies as well as digital marketing concepts and best practices (e.g., email, digital/social, video, etc.)
‒ Comfortable with web analytics tools; ability to analyze program results and make strategic recommendations based on program performance. Experience with Adobe Experience Manager a plus
‒ Solid understanding of and experience managing programs that acquire, retain, and renew customers
‒ Possess key leadership skills, can confidently lead teams, meetings, and make critical decisions
‒ Effectively present strategic recommendations and creative to clients; experience with Canva and PowerPoint a plus
‒ Manage multiple projects and competing priorities within internal and external teams
‒ Responsible for the management of client relationship(s) and execution of programs, as well as the overall service, growth, and profitability of each program
‒ Be a digital and email marketing expert, research and recommend new relevant ideas. Become a trusted client advisor
‒ Drive the development of program strategies, testing plans, presentations, and effectively present to client
‒ 7-10+ years of solid account management experience, ok working remotely, willing to travel to clients on occasion. (Travel typically is by car and not very far)
