Responsibilities

What will you do?

  • Participate in strategy sessions  to create effective digital marketing plans
  • Organize complex project tasks, assemble and delegate work to the team and engage stakeholders from start to finish
  • Create effective processes and leverage workflow systems to help team accomplish goals efficiently and meet project deadlines
  • Coordinate and support the creation of digital/email/social and print marketing assets
  • Recommend and implement effective social media marketing strategies
  • Track and report on metric and performance markers on all initiatives
  • Manage email program to support sales and marketing campaigns; set up, test and send email campaigns, and assist with database management
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to support the creation of annual marketing plans, forecasts and projections to meet business revenue goals

Job Requirements

What qualifications will make you successful?

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing project management
  • Experience with Marketo, Workfront and Zift a plus (or similar platforms)
  • Strong cross-functional and project management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, always-on, start-up, team environment
  • Good copywriting skills
  • Understanding of marketing statistics, KPIs and benchmarks
  • Good understanding of digital marketing principals
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented
  • An in-depth understanding of websites, content management systems, social media, digital advertising, and user experience
